Steps to Admission

Fill out the application form with your personal details, educational history, and information about your relatives as required. Ensure to upload all relevant academic documents, identification, and any applicable professional certificates.

Once your application is submitted and approved, you will receive the school’s rules and regulations. You will then be scheduled for an interview to discuss these regulations.

A unique “school pay code” will be emailed to you. This code is essential for the next step in the admissions process.

Use the provided “school pay code” to conveniently pay the admission fee of 50,000 UGX using MTN or AIRTEL Mobile Money.

After your payment is confirmed, you will receive an electronic copy of your provisional admission letter via email. This letter includes your unique student ID, which you can use to apply for a loan from EMF. The original hard copy of the admission letter will be provided upon your registration.

  • Fill out the student’s registration form.
  • Attach copies of all necessary documents as required.
  • Make an initial deposit of the tuition, according to your selected payment scheme.

Introduction

At Equity Health Institute (EHI), we understand the importance of accessible education. That’s why we offer flexible tuition payment schemes to accommodate the financial needs of all our students. Whether you prefer a traditional payment approach or need assistance through a loan, EHI has a plan that can work for you.

Ordinary Payment Scheme

Our Ordinary/Traditional  Payment Scheme allows students to manage their finances with flexibility throughout the semester.

in this scheme, students clear fees to zero before the end of the semester.

Payment Structure

 

Certificate: 1.1M UGX per semester

Diploma: 1.3M UGX per semester

Terms and Conditions:
  1. Up to four instalments per semester.
  2. All fees must be cleared within 90 days from the start of the semester.
  3. A surcharge of 30,000 UGX per week is applicable on any outstanding amount after 90 days.
  4. Students who have paid 75% of their tuition can access all school services throughout the semester.
  5. Full clearance of balance is required to sit for any exams, unless special permission is granted.
Loan Assisted Payment Scheme

In partnership with Eduford Microfinance Ltd, our Loan Assisted Payment Scheme ensures that you can start your semester worry-free, with your fees settled in full.

Payment Structure

Monthly instalments of 150,000 UGX to Eduford Microfinance Ltd (EMF) from the first month of the course until all 36 installments or 48 installments are paid for certificate or diploma programs respectively. 

Steps to Secure a Student Loan from Eduford Microfinance Ltd

Use the Student ID from your admission form to open an account with Eduford Microfinance Ltd. Include either your sponsor’s information or your employment details during this registration.

There is a mandatory fee of 20,000 UGX, which you need to pay using your school payment code.

Complete the loan application form and attach all relevant documents. Submit the form and wait for approval.

Once your loan application is approved, review and sign the loan agreement to finalize the terms.

Deposit 600,000 UGX if you are pursuing a certificate or 1,000,000 UGX for a diploma as a buffer for potential payment shortfalls. This deposit is payable over a period of up to 6 months.

At the beginning of each semester, sign a new commitment form to reaffirm the terms of your loan.
